All your property repairs will be handled through Fiixit - a smart platform for property maintenance which will give you access to report repairs and track through to completion with your very own ‘My Dashboard’.

REPORT REPAIR

You have a Fiixit account - go to your personalised Fiixit Dashboard

Not created a Fiixit account yet? - go to Create Ticket Portal

  • Once you have reported your repair, your landlord or property manager will be notified and will take appropriate action.

  • Remember to add all relevant information including any photos or videos

  • If you need to discuss or update the landlord, use the chat feature in Fiixit.

  • When the job has been booked you will be notified through Fiixit.
