How do we handle any repairs?
All your property repairs will be handled through Fiixit - a smart platform for property maintenance which will give you access to report repairs and track through to completion with your very own ‘My Dashboard’.
REPORT REPAIR
You have a Fiixit account - go to your personalised Fiixit Dashboard
Not created a Fiixit account yet? - go to Create Ticket Portal
Once you have reported your repair, your landlord or property manager will be notified and will take appropriate action.
Remember to add all relevant information including any photos or videos
If you need to discuss or update the landlord, use the chat feature in Fiixit.
When the job has been booked you will be notified through Fiixit.
